Ordering and Installation FAQ’s

  1. What if I have any questions or concerns?  Our customer service reps encourage your calls and are more than willing to assist you.  Our service technicians are available M-F 8AM-4:30PM (CT) to troubleshoot any problems with your new cluster.

  2. Do I set the Dip Switch? Yes, be sure to set the dip switch on the new cluster according to the LINE CARD on the removed cluster. Otherwise it will not work. (Dip Switches are not on the newer electronic clusters).

  3. Can the mileage be set on my new odometer? Yes, we offer free mileage setting on the ’92 & later model clusters only.

  4. What do I ship back to D&D? If you received a fully populated cluster with all gauges intact, you must send back your old cluster with all gauges fully intact. If you received a circuit board without gauges, you must remove your old gauges and place them into the new board, then only return the old circuit board.

  5. What if troubleshooting did not fix my problem?  If you still have malfunctioning gauges or the panel is not lighting up completely, you could need replacement gauges or bulbs. D&D has all gauges and bulbs in stock and for discounted prices. Call our sales department M-F 8AM-4:30PM (CT) to place an order with same-day shipping!
