1.) What do I need before I call?
Please have your International P/N (part number) ready when you call. It is located on the top of your cluster →
2.) Do I set the Dip Switches?
Yes, on dip switch clusters (not including BLUE clusters) be sure to set the dip switches on the new cluster according to the LINE CARD on the removed cluster, otherwise it will not work. (Dip switches on the BLUE clusters are pre-set to default International settings at D&D and do not require adjustment).
3.) Can the mileage be set on my new odometer?
Yes, we offer free mileage setting on the ’92 & later model clusters only.
4.) What do I ship back to D&D?
If you received a fully populated cluster with all gauges intact, send back your original cluster with all gauges fully intact in order to receive credit. If you received a circuit board and housing without gauges, remove your original gauges and place them into the new board. Return only the old circuit board and housing, not gauges.
5.) What if troubleshooting did not fix my problem?
If you still have malfunctioning gauges or the panel is not lighting up completely, you could need replacement gauges or bulbs. D&D has all gauges and bulbs in stock for discounted prices. Call our sales department M-F 8AM-4:30PM (CST) to place an order with same-day shipping!
