• All odometers set to zero. (Unless instructed otherwise)
• All units are exchanged, cores must be complete with no gauges missing.
• If bezel or housing is broken or cracked, deduct $50 from core value.
• RMA's required for all returns, a 20% restocking charge may apply.
• Specialty gauges available upon request at additional cost.
• Cores returned with excessive wear or damage will be returned to customer freight collect or subject to core charge collection.

• 12 Month Warranty on parts and labor.
• Prepaid freight (UPS Ground) both ways, return label included with new remanufactured clusters and circuit boards.
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) required for all returns; include RMA paperwork with your return for proper processing!
• 10% restock charge on new remanufactured cluster returns.
